The Operations Field Manager will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of technicians in responding to property damage caused by water or mold. This role requires a proven ability to manage operations efficiently, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintain excellent customer relations. A strong knowledge of construction practices and jobsite safety protocols is essential.
