Job summary

Northeast Power Dry is seeking an experienced Operations Field Manager to lead our mitigation operations in Bound Brook, NJ. You will supervise and coach a team of technicians responding to water and mold damage, ensuring safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

This hands-on leadership role requires construction knowledge, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of management experience in construction/restoration or related industry.
• Hands-on construction experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, job costing, and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on leadership when needed.
• Direct crews in the field and ensure proper construction and mitigation methods are followed.
• Develop and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
