Power Dry in Columbus, OH seeks an Operations Field Manager to supervise a mitigation team addressing water and mold damage. You will guide field operations, ensure safety compliance, and maintain top customer relations while coordinating resources and schedules on multiple projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in management within construction/restoration, strong leadership, and hands-on construction experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2–5 years of management experience in construction/restoration or related industry.
• Hands-on construction experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop the mitigation team to achieve operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time completion.
• Conduct on-site inspections and provide hands-on leadership when needed.
• Direct crews in the field and ensure proper construction and mitigation methods are followed.
• Develop and improve operational workflows to maximize efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor project progress, resolve issues quickly, and ensure customer expectations are exceeded.
• Manage customer complaints and service issues with direct customer interaction to ensure a positive experience.
• Hire, onboard, train, and mentor new team members.
• Conduct ongoing performance evaluations and provide coaching for improvement.
• Collaborate with department leaders to coordinate staffing, equipment, and project resources.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure equipment is properly maintained and available.
• Review construction plans, scopes of work, and project documentation.
• Ensure OSHA regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices are followed.
• Provide operational support during emergencies, including after-hours response.
• Monitor job costing, resource allocation, and operational performance.
