Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, coordinate field work, and ensure safety standards are met on job sites. You will lead training, manage schedules, and liaise with property owners and customers to ensure smooth execution of work.

Qualifications

• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders.
• Conducts field training/retraining for crew on new job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies.
• Discusses access with property owners and coordinates with customers.
• Obtains permission to perform work from property owners.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports for crew performance.
• Controls crew costs and uses resources efficiently.
• Furnishes reports of orders, units completed, and incidents.
