Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to supervise daily crew operations, coordinate with management on hiring needs, and enforce safety protocols on site. You will troubleshoot routine site issues and mentor crew members while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires CDL driving, field leadership, and the ability to work in a dynamic outdoor environment with strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must understand drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, and line equipment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to adjust to field requirements and take independent action without close supervision.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew after orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per OSHA and company policies; conducts safety training.
• Communicates with property owners/customers about access, work scope, and responsibility.
• Obtains permission from property owners to perform work.
• Maintains good customer relations through effective completion of assigned work.
