Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Field Force Effectiveness to lead the effectiveness, execution, and governance of customer-facing field teams across Commercial and Medical Affairs.

You will translate strategy into action, define KPIs, and partner with field leadership to drive performance through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align field reporting, targeting, and cadence, ensuring execution excellence and impactful

Qualifications

Advanced degree in a relevant field (MBA/MPH/MS/PharmD or equivalent).
7–8+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare sector experience.
Experience in field force effectiveness, sales/medical operations, analytics, or CRM.

Responsibilities

Define field force effectiveness priorities with Commercial and Medical Affairs leadership.
Translate strategy into actionable field execution frameworks across cross-functional teams.
Identify opportunities to improve field productivity, focus, and execution quality.
Provide objective, data-driven recommendations to improve field performance.
Define and manage field KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for Commercial.
Monitor performance trends and identify actionable insights for decision-making.
Lead development of business reviews and leadership updates.
Ensure visibility into field execution and business impact.
Support targeting, segmentation, and call planning strategies.
Support field alignment, territory updates, and roster management.
Govern field force effectiveness processes with cross-functional stakeholders.
Support POA processes, business reviews, and operating cadence.
