Job summary

Aspen Utility Company, a Quanta Services company, seeks a Construction Supervisor with telecom experience to lead outside plant fiber installation and fiber splicing on FTTH projects. You will supervise in-house and subcontractor crews and allocate resources in line with policies and contracts.

Responsibilities include ensuring site safety, managing schedule and cost, coordinating material deliveries, and providing status updates to management.

Qualifications

• Experience in fiber splicing practices required.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and field crews.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact between the Fiber Manager and crews.
• Oversee construction execution on all assigned projects.
• Manage subcontractor relationships and ensure work meets requirements.
• Track material delivery, schedule construction, and drive completion to schedule and budget.
• Report project status and performance data to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
