Qualifications

• 3+ years in fiber/telecommunications/telecom construction
• Supervise construction and splicing crews; familiarity with splicing tools
• Knowledge of management reporting fundamentals and project coordination
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; multitasking ability
• High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license; background check

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-house and subcontracted resources for OSP fiber plant work
• Lead, develop, and supervise employees across departments/projects
• Oversee onsite and offsite fiber construction ensuring safety and standards
• Forecast resources based on deadlines and project needs
• Ensure quality construction using proper techniques and communicate progress
