Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience with fiber optic cabling (running, blowing, splicing).
• Experience with aerial and underground telecom construction and fiber/coax networks.
• Experience managing subcontractor partners is a plus.
• Analytics, budgeting, and/or project management experience preferred.
• Able to travel up to 50% with overnight stays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and passing pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field visits to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Drive projects through budgeting and final development processes.
• Define labor/material needs, permitting, and node connection points.
• Manage project scope from definitions to integration points.
• Coordinate site resources and asset planning for aerial/underground networks.
• Support quality control, safety audits, and project documentation.
