You will supervise field crews, ensure quality workmanship, maintain project schedules, and support network deployment activities.

The role requires at least 5 years of fiber splicing experience and supervisory capabilities. Travel and outdoor work are expected, with a focus on safe, high-quality deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fiber splicing experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with OTDR testing and fiber troubleshooting.
• Ability to work outdoors and travel as required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead fiber splicing crews on installation and maintenance projects.
• Perform fusion splicing and fiber testing activities.
• Ensure splice documentation is accurate and complete.
• Coordinate with project management and construction teams.
• Enforce safety standards and quality assurance procedures.
