Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. is seeking a Construction Supervisor with telecom experience to lead outside plant fiber installation projects.

You will oversee fiber splicing execution for our FTTP initiatives, supervise in-house and subcontractor crews, and allocate resources in line with division standards and contract commitments. You will be accountable for safety, quality, schedule, and cost across projects, ensuring the availability of skilled personnel and equipment, accurate material estimates,

Qualifications

• Experience in outside plant fiber installation and splicing.
• Ability to allocate resources and manage subcontractor teams.
• Strong knowledge of fiber splicing practices.
• Proven track record in safety, quality, schedule, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as single point of contact between Fiber Manager and splicing execution.
• Oversee construction execution on all projects.
• Maintain and manage sub-contractor relationships per project requirements.
• Develop material rake-offs and scope lists from RFDS’s and engineered drawings.
• Track material delivery, schedule construction, and drive on-time completion.
