Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Manager, Kinetic Construction to lead a vital team responsible for the safe and successful installation of aerial, buried, and underground cable across the United States. You will allocate resources and make construction decisions following policy, standards, and commitments.

You will oversee project execution, including scope, cost, safety, quality, and schedule while driving customer satisfaction and continuous safety training across teams.

Qualifications

College degree in Engineering or related field.
5-7 years professional level experience with 0-2 years supervisory experience; or 9+ years related Engineering/Technical experience; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering, construction, quality, schedule, and cost control for assigned jobs.
Ensure resources with proper expertise to support project execution.
Manage call outs and after-hours issues including holidays, weekends, emergencies, and escalations.
Visit construction job sites and validate workmanship.
Oversee budget and ensure customer satisfaction.
