Job summary

Uniti is seeking a Manager- Kinetic Construction to lead a team delivering nationwide fiber construction projects. You will oversee safe installation of aerial, buried and underground cable, allocate resources, and drive project performance across scope, cost, safety, quality, and schedule.

The role requires strong leadership and the ability to manage multiple projects with a clear focus on customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years professional level experience with 0-2 years supervisory experience (or 9+ years with 0-2 years supervisory).
• Proven ability to manage multiple construction/engineering jobs simultaneously and meet in-service dates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a vital team representing the Uniti brand across the United States.
• Oversee safe and successful installation of aerial, buried and underground cable.
• Allocate resources and make construction decisions per policy and guidelines.
• Manage project execution including scope, cost, safety, quality, schedule and customer satisfaction.
