Qualifications

• College degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 5-7 years of professional engineering/technical experience with 0-2 years supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and manage multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly staff meetings to direct engineering, construction, safety, schedule, and cost control.
• Ensure resources and tools are available for project execution.
• Oversee construction projects to stay within budget and meet milestones.
• Travel up to 50% and potentially deploy to another state for fiber builds.
