Job summary

JLL is seeking a highly organized Facilities Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to oversee site services, maintenance, and safety programs. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage vendor contracts, and optimize resources for a safe, efficient workplace.

The role requires a minimum 5 years in site or facility management, a relevant degree, and strong leadership skills. On-site role with competitive compensation and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in site services management or facility management.
• Certifications in facility management (CFM, FMP) are desirable.
• Knowledge of facility management principles, practices, and systems including maintenance, security, landscaping.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site services team including maintenance staff and security personnel.
• Develop and implement policies for efficient site services operations.
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and IT to align site services with business needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics.
• Develop and manage the site services budget and control costs.
• Monitor service levels and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and health & safety guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and coordinate corrective actions for issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in site services.
• Oversee site-related projects such as expansions, renovations, relocations.
