Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager in Sunnyvale to support site services and operations for the account. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure a safe, efficient workplace and high client satisfaction.

You will manage a team of Workplace Services Coordinators, provide coaching, and help drive budget tracking and cost optimization while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Relevant experience in site services or facilities management is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Facilities Manager in overseeing site services and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand site services needs, goals, and objectives.
• Lead a team of Workplace Services Coordinators to ensure smooth operations and delivery of site services.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team in day-to-day responsibilities.
• Foster teamwork and a positive work environment within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align site services with client requirements and goals.
• Assist in developing and managing budgets for site services and track expenses.
• Support compliance with health and safety standards and company policies.
• Address site services-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Develop and implement best practices and SOPs for site services.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies in facility management.
