Job summary

ServiceSource Inc in San Antonio, TX seeks a Facilities Manager to lead on-site management of a government contract spanning multiple dormitory facilities. You will oversee operations, staffing, compliance, and reporting, coordinating with the government COR, HR, and security to meet the Performance Work Statement.

Ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities/contracts, strong leadership, and CMMS experience; background checks and CAC access may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Facilities Management, or related field preferred (may substitute experience).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing government or facilities contracts, with oversight of personnel, reporting, and service quality.
• Must have 2 years of supervisory experience at a facility of similar scope; clean MVR/Driving Record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with government COR and contract communications.
• Oversee daily operations, performance, and tasks for all staff.
• Recruit, screen, and onboard contract personnel with HR and security.
• Ensure staffing levels and background checks, training, and certifications.
• Monitor compliance with the PWS, QCP, and Safety Plan.
• Provide regular briefings on contract performance, issues, and risks.
