Job summary

ISN Corp is seeking an experienced Facility Support Project Manager to oversee a multi-disciplined workforce delivering maintenance across dormitories, offices, kitchens and outdoor facilities in a federal contract environment. The PM will manage risk, cost, quality, and compliance, serving as the main contact for stakeholders.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in PM or engineering management, strong vendor and government coordination skills, and the ability to respond to emergencies within two

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of PM or engineering management experience in facilities maintenance.
• Experience with property management, inspections, vendor recruitment, onboarding, and scorecards.
• Ability to work with government personnel to coordinate facility issues.
• Excellent written and oral communication with vendors, government personnel and management.
• US Citizenship proof and background check required.
• Federal government contract experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a multi-disciplined workforce performing facilities maintenance for dormitories, kitchens, offices, classrooms and outdoor areas.
• Manage risk, cost, quality assurance, compliance, and overall contract/performance.
• Serve as main point of contact for all stakeholders and contract tasks.
• Be available for emergency response within 2 hours, 24/7.
