10 years of contract administration experience in public sector and/or commercial settings.
Knowledge of public statutes and government contract policies.
MS Office proficiency required.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Create and deliver contract execution plans, including formation, execution, and post-execution administration.
Draft, review, negotiate and execute contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for large-scale data center programs.
Manage contract renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations with accurate records.
Create and issue solicitations and evaluate bids from suppliers.
Collaborate with legal, finance, construction and procurement teams to align terms with objectives.
Maintain vendor diversity outreach programs and relationships with internal Port staff and external community.
