Qualifications

  • 10 years of contract administration experience in public sector and/or commercial settings.
  • Knowledge of public statutes and government contract policies.
  • MS Office proficiency required.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver contract execution plans, including formation, execution, and post-execution administration.
  • Draft, review, negotiate and execute contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants for large-scale data center programs.
  • Manage contract renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations with accurate records.
  • Create and issue solicitations and evaluate bids from suppliers.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, construction and procurement teams to align terms with objectives.
  • Maintain vendor diversity outreach programs and relationships with internal Port staff and external community.
