Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of facilities maintenance/repair management, OSHA 10, and the ability to prepare SOWs and IGCEs for procurement and bids. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• OSHA 10 hour training preferred.
• 5+ years of facilities maintenance/repair management experience.
• Ability to create SOWs and IGCEs for bids and procurement.
• Experience with facilities management systems (TRIRIGA, Maximo).

Responsibilities

• Manage facilities for CBP, BPAM, and PMO on-site in Laredo, TX.
• Create SOWs and IGCEs; support procurement and work-order processes.
• Coordinate maintenance with sites and contractors; report to upper management.
• Monitor contractor performance and funding/budget for initiatives.
• Maintain records of permits, warranties, and equipment in systems of record.
