Job summary

HHS GOVERNMENT SERVICES LLC seeks a Contract Maintenance Manager to oversee daily facility operations, maintenance, and safety across buildings, grounds, and utility systems. This role requires coordinating with COR, contractors, and engineers to ensure compliance and timely delivery of renovations and maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in engineering or management, 5+ years in facility management, and familiarity with NFPA/OSHA/EPA standards, along with CMMS-FM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or equivalent mechanical/electrical operations experience.
• CFM certification desired.
• 5+ years managing facility operations and maintenance programs including HVAC, electrical, and supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of engineering/construction principles, laws, and regulations.
• Budget management, subcontractor interface, and reporting experience.
• Proficient with Windows-based MS Office suite and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, and safety of facilities, grounds, equipment, and utilities.
• Plan, organize, and control plant operations and renovations.
• Manage budgets, energy savings programs, and procurement workflows.
• Lead maintenance staff; assign work; evaluate performance.
• Coordinate with COR, staff, contractors, architects, and engineers to implement programs.
