Job summary

ISN seeks an experienced Alternate Project Manager to oversee a multi-disciplinary facilities maintenance team across dormitories, kitchens, offices, and outdoor facilities. Qualifications

• Minimum five years of PM or Engineering Manager experience leading a multi-disciplined workforce in facilities maintenance.
• Experience coordinating with government personnel and overseeing property management.
• Ability to manage risk, cost, quality, and compliance on federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a multi-disciplinary facilities maintenance team.
• Step in as acting PM during absences and emergencies.
• Serve as main point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring contract performance.
• Oversee personnel management, risk, cost control, QA, and compliance.
