Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of facility maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Universal CFC Certification required.
• Strong HVAC maintenance expertise with knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Experience using CMMS platforms for work order management; Corrigo is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and track work in CMMS.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of maintenance engineers and technicians.
• Ensure safety procedures and SOPs are followed across operations.
• Coordinate with management on budgeting, KPI performance, and client satisfaction.
