Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly.
• Capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and assists with inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and documentation.
• Operates POS system accurately and handles payments.
• Coordinates with Optometrist and Retail Management as needed.
• Demonstrates product knowledge to recommend lenses and frames.
