LensCrafters in the United States is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure patients receive the highest quality optometric care. You will greet customers, explain tests and services, process orders, maintain HIPAA records, and support the doctor and retail teams to drive patient satisfaction and store performance.

Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent.
Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
Knowledge of current fashion trends.
Strong communicator and listener.
Problem solving ability.
Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
Sales skills.
Strong basic math skills.
Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Responsibilities

Greets customers without delay (within 30 seconds).
Explain all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
Review prescriptions and patient information carefully; identify special needs and consult with staff when necessary.
Demonstrates knowledge of appointment scheduling and computer procedures.
Operates the POS system and handles payments accurately.
Maintains HIPAA-compliant patient records and stores documentation properly.
Keeps displays and store appearance aligned with guidelines.
