LensCrafters is seeking an Associate Optometrist to join our Houston location. You will lead clinical protocols, collaborate with the MOD and store team, and drive growth through excellent patient experiences and strong partnerships.

The role emphasizes high standards, ongoing professional development, and proactive engagement with patients to ensure top-tier eye care and service. This is a full-time position within a dynamic optical retail environment.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with current licensure in good standing.
• Commitment to quality patient care across optometric practice.
• Knowledge of current optometric theory & technology.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Problem solving ability.
• Solid organizational skills.

• Lead the store team to deliver brand commitment and patient care.
