Job summary

Manifold (a division of Lyft) is seeking a Producer to lead experiential programs from kickoff to wrap. You will translate creative direction into production plans, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with account, creative, and operations teams across the project lifecycle.

The role requires 4+ years in experiential marketing or live events, strong organization, and proven vendor management. Travel and non-traditional hours are expected in a fully remote US role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in experiential marketing, live events, brand activations, or similar managing full program lifecycles.
• Strong organization and multitasking with event logistics, production elements, and vendor networks.
• Experience building and managing production schedules and full budgets (estimates, POs, invoices, reconciliation).
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to make independent decisions and when to elevate issues.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable under pressure, and solutions-focused in fast-paced settings.
• Willingness to travel and work extended non-traditional hours for onsite events.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Event Management/Marketing or PMP certification; hands-on AV, lighting, streaming tech; stage manager/show caller experience.
• Established relationships with production vendors, fabricators, and freelancers.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead experiential programs and workstreams from kickoff to wrap as a Producer at Manifold.
• Translate strategic and creative direction into actionable production plans across budgets, schedules, vendors, logistics, and onsite delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Producers, Account, Creative, Operations, and clients to align expectations and drive momentum.
• Proactively manage details, anticipate next steps, solve operational challenges, and know when to make independent decisions versus elevate.
• Own end-to-end production workflows, maintain documentation (run-of-shows, staffing plans, logistics).
• Develop and track production schedules across pre-production, onsite execution, and wrap; communicate status and risks.
• Build, monitor, and reconcile budgets; manage POs and vendor estimates; make daily cost decisions within scope.
• Oversee relationships with venues, fabricators, and technical vendors to meet quality standards and timelines.
• Evaluate concepts for production viability and provide practical options during brainstorms.
