Qualifications

• 8+ years in experience design, user research, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage complex initiatives.
• Experience consulting in enterprise technology transformation, Fortune 500 preferred.
• Proficiency with AI tools for design and innovation.
• Experience in dual roles such as Human Centered Change (HCC), training delivery, or pre-sales/go-to-market.
• Strong in human-centered design, journey mapping, and design thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
