Qualifications

• 8+ years in experience design, user research, or related fields.
• Proven track record leading design teams and complex initiatives.
• Enterprise transformation consulting experience (Fortune 500).
• Strong proficiency with AI tools for innovation and efficiency.
• Dual roles such as HCC, training, or pre-sales experience.
• Advanced human-centered design, design-thinking, journey mapping.
• Excellent communication and executive stakeholder skills.
• Degree or equivalent experience; travel up to 50%.
