Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Lead Company Operations Manager to join the COO Office. The role focuses on developing company strategy, coordinating cross-functional work, and shaping AI-assisted operations.

You will own board materials, operating rhythms, and special projects while collaborating with Product, GTM, Finance, and Engineering teams. The position is hybrid and based in our Denver office, reporting to the Chief of Staff of the COO Office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, operations, strategy, or chief of staff roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare board materials and executive dashboards with data-driven narratives.
• Maintain a reliable metrics source for cross-functional reporting.
• Drive weekly/quarterly operating rhythms and OKR tracking.
• Track action items to closure and remove blockers.
• Lead cross-functional, ambiguity-driven initiatives.
