Job summary

A leading aerospace and defense company in San Diego is seeking a Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to support the Material Cost Management organization. The role involves implementing Earned Value Management System (EVMS), preparing reports, and assisting with financial analyses. Candidates should have a relevant degree, experience with EVMS, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Active DoD secret clearance is required. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting or related with 5 years of experience in financial analysis, or a Master’s Degree with 3 years experience.
• Demonstrated working knowledge of EVMS with ERP subcontract experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
• Experience with Group Pegging and Distribution (GPD).
• Experience with Business Systems (SAP/Cobra).
• Active DoD secret clearance and program access required to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and guidance for Earned Value Management System (EVMS) implementation.
• Prepare month-end reports and develop EACs.
• Support monthly cost and schedule reviews, identify pressures and opportunities.
