Job summary

Cescaphe Events Group in Philadelphia, PA seeks an Event Manager to develop, oversee and coordinate planning for assigned clients. You will be the main point of contact on event day, coordinating FOH staff, food service and venue operations to ensure flawless execution.

This role requires strong communication, project management, and leadership, with at least two years leading events of 100+ guests and a four-year degree.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of related experience and/or training, plus at least one year leading events with 100+ guests.
• RAMP certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the success of the entire event and client satisfaction.
• Manage staff on event day (floor staff and maître d’) and train event personnel per SOPs.
• Conduct pre-event meetings to review BEO details and client needs.
• Oversee venue setup, food service, and course execution.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely ordering of event products.
• Maintain clear communication with client and internal teams, recording all decisions.
• Provide post-event feedback and adjust specifications as needed.
• Ensure adherence to policies, checklists, and SOPs for flawless execution.
