Peachtree Catering is seeking an experienced Event Manager to oversee all FOH operations on event days in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will coordinate with Event Coordinators, Staffing Department, vendors, and clients to deliver a seamless, five-star service and cuisine during 10+ hour shifts, with pre-event prep and post-event recaps.

The role requires 2+ years FOH banquet experience and 1+ year supervisory experience, strong timeline coordination, calm under pressure, and weekend

Formación

• 2+ years of FOH experience in banquets/events.
• 1+ years of managerial or floor captain experience.
• Experience with timeline coordination, event setup/breakdown, venue management, and vendor communication.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open weekend availability and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with Staffing Department, Event Coordinators, FOH staff, vendors and clients before and on event day.
• Manage FOH staff (10–20 people) and oversee event setup and breakdown.
• Greet clients and guests, ensuring five-star hospitality and service.
• Coordinate pre- and post-event paperwork, timelines, and floor plans with the team.
• Oversee reception areas, bars, and service areas; ensure smooth serve-out and post-event cleanup.
