Job summary

CESCAPHE EVENT GROUP in Philadelphia seeks an Event Support team member to assist the service team during events, keep venues clean, stock and maintain bathrooms, buss, and support servers with food delivery and setup.

You will follow timelines, uphold safety standards, and work collaboratively to ensure flawless event execution; some tasks outside core duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting safety rules, operating procedures and manuals.
• Clear verbal and written communication with guests and team members.
• Basic math for guest orders, counts, and inventory.
• Ability to reason through tasks and adapt to changing situations.
• Proficiency in English for interaction with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work areas are set up and maintained to standards.
• Assist servers tableside and respond to guest requests.
• Clear and reset after service, maintain clean service areas.
• Inform managers when inventory or equipment is low or damaged.
• Greet guests professionally and engage with them to anticipate needs.
• Support event timelines and safety procedures throughout the shift.
• Be flexible to fill in where needed to ensure flawless events.
