Qualifications

• Requires a degree in culinary arts or 3 years of formal culinary experience or food service management.
• Must have ServSafe certificate or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.
• Strong chopping, plating and recipe development skills; able to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations for events; manage cooks, stewards and ops staff.
• Order food, ensure quality control and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with Event Manager, Maître d’ and Head Server to ensure flawless execution.
