Job summary

Cescaphe Event Group seeks a Client Services Coordinator to deliver exceptional client service throughout the event planning and execution process. You will act as the primary client contact, coordinating with internal teams to ensure all requests are understood and fulfilled.

Role requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage details from scheduling to venue options. Evening and weekend availability may be required for events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business admin, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a client-facing role within hospitality or events.
• Experience coordinating and executing events or concierge services.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main liaison between clients and the Cescaphe Event Group, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Coordinate with catering, logistics, and event planning to ensure all client requirements are understood and executed flawlessly.
• Manage client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, providing solutions and alternatives as needed.
• Assist clients with event planning details, including scheduling, venue selection, and service options.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and event specifications for the team.
• Attend events to ensure client satisfaction and address any last-minute changes or concerns.
• Support the sales team in client acquisition and retention by providing exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
