Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• RAMP certificate required within 90 days of hire.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Assist Service Leader and Event Manager as needed.
• Serve meals to event guests and uphold hospitality standards.
• Train staff and assist during events to ensure flawless execution.
• Maintain clean and organized service areas and guest tables.
• Adhere to manuals, checklists, and SOPs.
