BELFOR Marlborough, MA is seeking a General Estimator to create and manage estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial work. Use Xactimate to develop quality estimates, meet with clients, and drive work from start to finish for regional and national clientele.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimating >$50,000 and Commercial >$100,000.
• BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2 certification.
• Advanced Xactimate training for Level 3 with 90% score; invoicing experience.
• English literacy and fluency.
• MSDS data sheets knowledge.
• BELFOR Estimate Format Standards knowledge.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• MS Office proficiency; Xactimate experience.
• Professional conduct with coworkers and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate scopes and budgets with Xactimate.
• Meet clients, develop quality estimates, manage work to completion.
• Maintain construction schedules and coordinate with trades.
• Ensure compliance with BELFOR standards and local codes.
• Manage after-hours emergency services as directed.
• Communicate progress to clients and management.
