You will use Xactimate to develop accurate scopes, budgets, and timelines, coordinating with owners, adjusters, and management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Construction, Restoration or Contents Estimating.
• Residential estimates >$50,000 and Commercial >$100,000.
• BELFOR Estimating Platform Level 2 certification completed.
• Advanced Xactimate training with 90% score for Level 3 readiness.
• English literacy and fluency.
• MSDS data sheets knowledge and applicability to jobs.
• BELFOR Estimate Format Standards for estimates and proposals.
• Extensive customer service experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-sketches with multi-levels and roof sketches in Xactimate.
• Create accurate scopes with minimal over/under estimates.
• Produce floor plans and roof sketches in Xactimate Sketch.
• Apply building codes Knowledge to estimates.
• Adhere to BELFOR naming conventions for estimates and proposals.
• Manage budgets and address overages as they arise.
• Coordinate after-hours emergency services as directed.
• Maintain schedules and coordinate with trades and management.
• Demonstrate proficiency in decontamination, mitigation and cleaning.
• Maintain vehicle safety and complete incident reporting as required.
• Engage in BELFOR University training for certifications.
• Maintain professional interaction with clients and vendors.
