SES Constructors LLC is seeking a Lead Estimator to join our Civil Construction line. The ideal candidate will prepare detailed estimates from plans, specs, and scopes of work, with strong self-perform experience and federal project familiarity.

The role is remote in the United States with EST/CST alignment and occasional travel. A bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering is required, along with proficiency in Bid2Win or HCSS Heavy Bid software.

Formación

• A bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering is required.
• Field experience in self-perform contracting of civil infrastructure scopes is required.
• Experience estimating federal projects is preferred.
• Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs and schedules.
• Experience with CPM scheduling and estimating software such as Bid2Win and HCSS Heavy Bid.

Responsabilidades

• Produce self-perform heavy civil cost estimates for various project sizes and scopes.
• Provide detailed quantity takeoff information and assess total construction costs.
• Source and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes for best value.
• Identify risks and develop plans to address them with the project team.
• Collaborate with field and office teams to prepare estimates and meet submission deadlines.
• Support constructability reviews and vet subcontractor pricing as needed.
• Interact with operations after award for potential alternates and site conditions.
