SES Constructors LLC is expanding its civil construction team and seeks a Lead Estimator to prepare detailed estimates from plans, specs and scope of work. The role emphasizes self-perform civil estimating, risk assessment, and collaboration with field and office teams.

Competenze

• A bachelor's degree in construction management or civil engineering is required.
• Field experience in self-perform contracting of civil infrastructure scopes is required.
• Experience estimating federal projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, scopes of work, and schedules.

Mansioni

• Produce self-perform heavy civil cost estimates including crew assemblies and production rates.
• Provide detailed quantity takeoffs and material lists to assess total costs.
• Source and analyze subcontractor/vendor quotes for best value.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans with project teams.
• Collaborate with field and office teams to prepare each estimate.
• Meet interim milestones for constructability and productivity reviews.
