Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering.
• Field experience in self-perform civil infrastructure work.
• Experience estimating federal projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Produce heavy civil cost estimates with crew assemblies and rates.
• Provide quantity takeoffs and material lists for cost accuracy.
• Source subcontractor quotes and assess best-value options.
• Identify risks and plan mitigations with project team.
• Support constructability reviews and bid deadlines.
