Qualifications

• 8+ years of estimating experience in water, wastewater, or critical infrastructure.
• Experience supervising estimating teams.
• Experience with design-build and value engineering.
• Ability to coordinate with sales, engineering, and PreBid teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily estimating operations for all project types and complexity levels.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely material takeoffs across the regional estimating team.
• Assign and monitor project workloads; balance capacity across teams.
• Guide design-build processes and provide technical input on material selection.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering and PreBid teams to resolve scope and RFIs.
• Lead coaching and career development for estimators; drive standardized practices.
