Qualifications

• Lead multiple estimates concurrently or large/complex estimates.
• Collaborate with operations, accounting, VDC, purchasing, and scheduling to reconcile assumptions.
• Understand all construction disciplines to prepare reliable estimating deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Leads the estimating process for multiple projects through the design phase.
• Prepares costs for all estimating deliverables aligned with contract requirements.
• Supervises a team of estimators on large, multi-disciplinary estimates.
• Coordinates with client and design teams throughout the estimation lifecycle.
• Drives value management to reduce price and increase value.
