Job summary

Mayco International in Sterling Heights, MI is seeking a Lead ERP Business Analyst to provide functional and technical leadership for ERP initiatives and prioritize support requests in a 24-hour manufacturing environment.

The role requires hands-on experience with EPICOR CMS, IBM i / IBM Power Systems, and strong collaboration with Materials, Production, Purchasing, Finance to design and implement ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred; equivalent ERP/manufacturing experience considered.
• Experience with IBM i / IBM Power Systems (administration, training, user support).
• Experience with EPICOR CMS application support and development.
• EDI experience in a manufacturing release environment (customer releases, forecasts, ship schedules, ASNs, invoicing, and troubleshooting EDI transactions).
• Partnership with Materials, Production, Purchasing, Finance, Customer Service, Engineering to understand requirements, improve ERP processes, and implement system solutions.
• Experience implementing ERP modules, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, or business-process improvements in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical and functional direction to ERP team members, assist with prioritization of support requests and projects, and serve as an escalation point for complex ERP issues
• Train users on EPICOR CMS functionality
• Support for multiple locations in a 24-hour manufacturing environment
• Respond to Level 2 ERP/application support tickets
• Navigate IBM i / IBM Power Systems environment
• Knowledge and experience in Automotive EDI
• Develop and maintain application documentation
