Job summary

NPAworldwide in Syracuse, NY seeks an ERP Technical Operations Manager to lead ERP and business systems initiatives in a hands-on leadership capacity. You will drive configuration, troubleshooting, reporting, and system optimization across manufacturing operations and finance functions.

Collaborate with operations, supply chain, engineering, and production leaders to improve processes, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency while evaluating new ERP options and leading upgrades across business

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
8+ years of progressive IT/ERP leadership experience.
Hands-on ERP configuration, administration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Experience supporting manufacturing operations and processes.
Experience evaluating ERP systems and vendor partnerships.

Responsibilities

Own the ERP and business systems strategy, roadmap, support priorities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as the primary internal SME for the ERP environment.
Maintain hands-on ERP configuration, administration, troubleshooting, reporting, and optimization.
Evaluate ERP functionality and business requirements for improvements and efficiencies.
Research and evaluate alternative ERP systems and solutions when appropriate.
Implement ERP enhancements, integrations, reports, dashboards, and system customizations for manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, finance, and operations.
