Job summary

Conexess Group is seeking a Systems Analyst Lead to shape and optimize ERP/MRP systems within a manufacturing environment. You will evaluate current ERP capabilities, support operations, and drive modernization initiatives.

The role requires collaboration across operations, supply chain, finance, and IT, with a track record in ERP implementations and strong BI skills. Ideal candidates bring manufacturing ERP experience, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead or contribute to long-term ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years supporting ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP, BOMs, routing, scheduling, inventory, and supply chain.
• Led or contributed to at least one full ERP implementation, upgrade, or migration.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboards and reporting, including data modeling and DAX; ERP data sources a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance enterprise ERP systems across manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, finance, and production planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze processes, gather requirements, and identify system improvements.
• Evaluate future ERP strategies, modernization initiatives, and potential migrations.
• Lead ERP implementation projects, upgrades, integrations, and optimization efforts.
• Develop Power BI dashboards and reports to provide real-time visibility into performance metrics across org.
• Train end users on new processes and system functionality.
• Maintain data integrity, security, and compliance with IT standards.
