Job summary

Bracalente Manufacturing Group in Pennsylvania is looking for a Business Systems Lead to optimize enterprise systems with a focus on Epicor ERP. You will support various departments, troubleshoot issues, and enhance data reporting.

The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in business systems support and excellent communication skills. This role requires an understanding of business flows and will involve training end-users and developing meaningful KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a business systems support role or similar position.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP 10 or Kinetic ERP is required.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional lead for Epicor ERP, supporting daily operations across all departments.
• Provide hands-on support and training to end-users across departments.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards within Epicor and related tools.
• Provide Tier 1 help desk support as needed.

Skills

Strong understanding of end-to-end business flows (Quote-to-Cash & Procure-to-Pay)

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas)

Experience with SQL and/or Power BI

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Education

Associates or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
