Job summary

Bunnell-Lammons Engineering, Inc. seeks an experienced Service Leader – Environmental Due Diligence to guide Phase I/II ESAs and Brownfields redevelopment efforts. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and drive project success.

The ideal candidate has strong real estate and transactional due diligence knowledge, regulatory program awareness, and leadership skills to mentor staff and grow the service line.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental field required; professional registration preferred (PE/PG/CHMM).
• 5+ years of experience in environmental due diligence projects and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of ASTM Phase I/II ESAs, AAI, and Brownfields programs.
• Ability to lead projects, mentor staff, and manage client relationships.
• Familiarity with regulatory programs and redevelopment planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Phase I ESAs, Phase II investigations, and Brownfields assessments.
• Oversee work plans, sampling strategies, and technical reports.
• Ensure timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and high technical quality.
• Serve as primary client contact and support acquisitions and redevelopment planning.
• Provide guidance, QA/QC review, and staff development.
