Job summary

Netskope is seeking a Solutions Engineering Manager (SEM) to lead the AMER Enterprise Solutions Engineering team. As a working manager, you will guide the SEs in a defined region, drive customer success, and shape growth strategies across markets.

You will recruit, mentor, and train high-performance SEs, partner with enterprise leaders, and help drive Netskope's cloud security solutions. Travel is 50–75% within the region, and compensation reflects a national range.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous successful solutions engineering leadership experience.
• 5+ years as a successful individual contributor solutions engineer.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to executives.
• Ethics and integrity are essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and onboard new Solutions Engineers in your territory.
• Provide technical and business leadership for the SE organization.
• Train and mentor SEs and shape training curriculum.
• Support field SE in evaluations, troubleshooting, and challenging environments.
• Assist Channel team with partner SE training for demos and POCs.
• Build and maintain references with key customers; drive strategic plans.
• Manage performance and retain top talent.
• Conduct regular 1:1 feedback and development meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align with field, product, and support.
• Escalate pre-sales and post-sales issues; ensure customer success in region.
